Good athletes management involves the benchmarking of every spirit of the athletes performance ma nagement with a view to ensuring their transition into elite level performers.In addition to that, good management of athletes involves a polish up into factors such as good athletes management in such areas as training, coaching, leadership, social support, skills dissemination, among others and its influence in the achievement of goals among British athletes.In the collection of entropy for this research, the primary research involved designing a questionnaire, which was administered to a selected group of elite British athletes. Interviews were also conducted to carry out the survey. The analysis of the interviews and questionnaires clearly demonstrates that effective management of British athletes has a relationship with success in international and local sports events. This is in line with the hypothesis of this research.
